Doc Auto is a locally owned and operated family business. It was started in 2008 with a goal to be the best auto service facility through commitment to our customer, integrity in our profession, and excellence in our work product.

Owner, Ken Potts, started out as a Master Technician in the mid-80s, and worked as a mechanic to put himself through engineering school. He's always had a passion for automobiles, whether it be the vehicle that is depended on for commuting or a nice hot rod. Although Ken spent many years in the high technology world of electronics, he never lost his passion for his roots. It was clear that a distinct market need existed for maintenance and repair of electronic-centric vehicles coupled with good old-fashioned customer service and integrity. Ken made the jump to spend more time with the family and to build a service of value to the community with their help. In the process, the family has expanded to include the rest of the staff that are helping deliver high-quality service experience for our customers.
