"I first came here for an oil change. I was thoroughly impressed because they also did a complete vehicle overview. They replaced a squeaking wiper blade, and said I would need brake service but not at that time. With my car's next oil change, they said it was time to replace the brake pads. They worked within my schedule and the brakes are now excellent. I get the impression that they're quite confident and they know what they're talking about. Doc Auto is a clean facility where they go above and beyond with customer service."

"My car's front end would make this terrible clunking noise whenever I would hit a bump or drive on an uneven road; it sounded like the engine was loose. A former 20-year dealership tech couldn't find the problem. I then went to the dealer and spent a small fortune. I drove off the lot with the problem not fixed!
